In Loving Memory of.....
LANCE "MANSOUR "ATISHA
(July 14, 1979--October 10, 1998)
Lance was always a person known by his smile," friends say. He always wanted to make people happy. The thing people remember most fondly about Lance Atisha was his positive attitude for life. He always had a smile on his face, evidence of his positive outlook on everything. Lance was brave and unafraid to take chances, teaching everyone he knew to be strong, live life to the fullest and take pride in all that they do. Lance graduated in 1997 from Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, Michigan. He then attended Michigan State University to pursue a career in Business. Lance enjoyed water sking, weightlifting and going to clubs with his friends.
Lance was a diabetic most of life. His diabetic condition was usually controlled by insulin shots. On October 10th, 1998 he passed away from low blood sugar at his home in East Lansing, Michigan. Lance is in heaven now looking down upon us and watching over us and protecing us from the dangers of the world. We will all miss Lance and his smile and hopefully learn that the way to live life is just as he did; positively, bravely and with pride. Our prayers are with Lance Atisha's family especially his bros Mike and Dominic and his sister Candace.

In 1998, we also lost another beloved friend, Adrian Garmo. He passed away on February 18, 1998 during a holdup at their family store in California. Lance and Adrian were both 19 years old. Lance has now joined Adrian Garmo in heaven and they are both Angels smiling down at us. Our prayers are with Adrians family and friends. We will greatly miss Adrian Garmo and Lance Atisha in our lives. We will always remember them and keep their memory alive.
